Pool's Poll Week 13: It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad College Football Weekend

Absolute chaos unfolded as the amount of undefeated teams shrank to three, while the amount of functioning hips for Tua Tagovailoa is down to one. Even the bottom tier of the college football world had some major shake-ups as New Mexico State and Rice notched their first wins of the year. That leaves Akron, a 42-14 loser to Eastern Michigan, as the lone winless team in America.

Six teams in last weeks Pool's Poll lost with Wake Forest and Auburn vacating this week's rankings. Welcome Louisiana and San Diego State to the mix. The Ragin' Cajuns make three teams from the bayou as they join La Tech and LSU, though the Bulldogs (106.3) and Cajuns (108.3) have nearly double the WP as the Tigers (56.8). The Big Ten is the top conference with five teams while the SEC and AAC both have four. 64 teams have at least six wins with 41 other schools hanging on to their bowl dreams by a thread. There are 76 bowl spots available.

Here's the full breakdown:

1.)Image result for lsu tigersLSU (10-0, 56.8 WP, 0 LP)
The Tigers get the win, but there's some cause for concern as the defense allowed over 35 points for the second straight week. LSU can secure a spot in the SEC Title Game with Georgia with a win next week against lowly Arkansas.

Best Win: Texas A&M
Worst Loss: None
Last Week: 52-3 over Wake Forest
Up Next: South Carolina (11/30)

3.)Image result for osu buckeyesOhio State (10-0, 68.5 WP, 0 LP)

Worst Loss: None
Last Week: 56-21 over Rutgers
Up Next: Penn State (9-1, No. 5)

4.)Image result for Oregon DucksOregon (9-1, 57.3 WP, 27 LP)

It looked grim in Waco, but the Sooners overcame a 25-point and reclaimed the top spot in the Big 12. Oklahoma will have to a avoid a trap game in TCU before setting up a potential Top 25 matchup with rival OKST.

Alabama rolled to an easy win as expected over Mississippi State, but the unexpected happened when Tua Tagovailoa suffered a dislocated hip right before the half and will be out the rest of the year. They get an extra week to figure things out before Auburn as they play an infuriating matchup against Western Carolina (FCS), which won't help their already week non-conference schedule.

Worst Loss: LSU
Last Week: 38-7 over Mississippi State
Up Next: Western Carolina (FCS)
