That leaves the American, ACC, Big 12, Conference USA, SEC, and Sun Belt Conferences, as well as Independents Army, Liberty, and BYU. Notre Dame has joined the ACC for this season to avoid being left out.
Not every conference is starting at the same time this fall as we are now two weeks into the season and have yet to see any teams from the SEC play this season. Virginia Tech, Memphis, and TCU have already had to cancel games because of outbreaks, while Georgia Southern was without 33 players for their contest against Campbell (one of the wildest finishes in this early season).
