College football is back, for almost everyone, well maybe in November for some. Unless you cheer for New Mexico State, UConn, or Old Dominion, you'll be seeing your favorite gridiron team out there for at least 6 games in this bizarre season.
Bizarre doesn't even begin to explain how some schools have taken advantage of TV time and playing more than zero games to advance to school bests in these here rankings. The UTEP Miners have already won one more game (3) than they have in the last three seasons combined (2). The ACC has 6 teams, the SEC has four, but it's Conference USA that has taken advantage the most with 5 teams in this ranking. The Big 12 is blowing their chance to shine as no one actually wants to win this conference.
Here's a look at this week's bizarre rankings for the season so far (disclaimer, no Big Ten, MAC, PAC-12, or Mountain West teams are considered for the rankings until they play):
1.)
North Carolina (2-0, WP 32, LP 0)

Up Next: Georgia (No. 8, 2-0)
17.)
Florida (2-0, WP 101.5, LP 0)
LWR: 19
