MAC Legends For Each School

This time of year means MACtion in early part of the football week. So to celebrate all the MAC schools that showcase their talents on Tuesday and Wednesday and the announcement of yet another bowl game being created for 2020, here's a look at the top talent from every current MAC school.

Akron Zips
Jason Taylor

Fun Fact: Holds the Falcons record for most touchdowns in a career (60).

Ohio Bobcats
Chet Adams
Position: Offensive Line/Defensive Line
Years at School:1935-39
Drafted: 12th round by Cleveland Rams
Teams Played for: Rams, Packers, Browns, Bills, New York Yanks (1939-50)
Honors: Two-time AAFC Champion, Two-time All-Star
Fun Facts: He played for the Cleveland Rams, but World War II caused the team to pause operations. They loaned him out to the Green Bay Packers before Adams joined the war effort. Then when he came back, he signed with the Cleveland Browns, a new team founded in 1946. The Rams, taking exception, sued Adams so he could not play for the Browns. Adams won his case and was able to play for the other team in Cleveland. He would share kicking duties with some guy named Lou Groza.

Lance Moore
Position: Wide Receiver
