Taylor Cornelius threw for 300 yards and five touchdowns and Justice Hill and L.D. Brown each had over 100 yards and a touchdown to lead the Cowboys (1-0) to a route of Missouri St (0-1).

What seemed like an intriguing match-up, turned out to be a laugher as Oklahoma (1-0) only punted twice and dropped 63 on Lane Kiffin's squad. The Owls (0-1) trailed 42-0 going into the half and were out gained 650 to 324. Rodney Anderson had 100 yards on just five carries and had two touchdowns. Three different Oklahoma quarterbacks finished with just four incompletions with three touchdowns and 334 yards.
Oklahoma welcomes UCLA (0-1) next.
The Horned Frogs (1-0) led 38-7 at the half and Shawn Robinson amassed five total touchdowns to route Southern (0-1) 55-7.
TCU heads to SMU (0-1) where plenty more points are sure to be scored.
In the first ever meeting between the two schools, the Mountaineers (1-0) were the only team to defeat an SEC school in Week 1.
Heisman candidate Will Grier threw for 429 yards and 5 touchdowns in a performance so strong, not even the weather and dropped touchdowns could stop him. West Virginia outgained Tennessee (0-1) 547-301.

Texas (0-1) was favored thanks in part to Maryland (1-0) coach D.J. Durkin currently being suspended pending an investigation into the culture at Maryland after the death of Jordan McNair. Pundits must have had a short memory though as just last year, an outgunned Terrapin team knocked off the Longhorns.
The two teams slugged it out 24-22 halftime score in favor of Maryland before weather delayed the game. Texas would score a touchdown in the third to make it 29-24, but Maryland scored the final 10 points of the game and the defense forced three turnovers on the Longhorns final drives.
The Rebels (1-0) and Red Raiders (0-1) started by trading touchdowns, but it was Ole Miss that rattled off four straight scoring drives to build up a 24-7 by the end of the first quarter that they never relinquished. One thing the Red Raiders did have going for them was this catch by T.J. Vasher:

Nicholls St 26-Kansas 23 OTHowever the boys from Thibodaux, Louisiana, had other plans. Nicholls State (1-0) picked up a field goal late in the game to tie things at 20, but had been controlling the game at 17-10 before the Jayhawks came back.
In overtime Kansas settled for a field goal and then a big pass interference call set up the Colonels. Chase Fourcade scrambled in from four yards out and the Southland Conference squad rolled to a 26-23 win.
Kansas will have to try again next week against Central Michigan (0-1) on the road in Mt. Pleasant.
They can't laugh too hard in Manhattan, Kansas because Kansas State had to fend off an upset of their own. After the Wildcats (1-0) rallied to take a 27-24 lead, the South Dakota Coyotes (0-1) had chance to tie things with a long field goal, but came up short. Heading into the fourth quarter, the Wildcats actually trailed 24-12.
It doesn't look great this week as they host No. 18 Mississippi St (1-0).
The Bears (1-0) have already matched their win total from last season and had two 100 rushers. John Lovett had 115 yards and three touchdowns while Jamycal Hasty carried ten times for 102 yards and two scores.
Baylor looks to drop more points on the road at UTSA (0-1).

They at least got started in Ames, Iowa, but weren't able to finish and don't seem to be planning on playing this game anytime soon.
