3.) Texas Tech 63-Houston 49
2.)Western Michigan 68-Delaware St 0
The Hornets entered the game having been outscored 93-24, so Western Michigan tried to double that in one game. Special teams was on full display in this game. The Broncos even fumbled a punt and then ran it to the house for a 93-yard score.
1.) Utah St 73-Tennessee Tech 12
The Aggies set the bar high with this one on Thursday night and no one could topple it (in the FBS that is). Utah St had seven rushing touchdowns and a punt return.
Honorable Mention: FCS
The FCS was the real place to go see fireworks. James Madison beat Robert Morris 73-7, that wasn't good enough for the most points.Austin Peay put up 78 on Morehead St. Still not good enough. South Dakota St had the largest margin of victory at 90-6 over Arkansas Pine Bluff, but it was Davidson's 91-61 win over Division III Guilford. The Wildcats had 685 yards rushing with ten touchdowns!
