It was more trouble on the next drive when Francois was picked off and Miami was once again inside the red zone to start their drive. It took just one play to score as Perry found Michael Pinckney for the 17-yard touchdown.
In a setting all to familiar, Aguayo missed a field goal that would have put the Noles up 30-21. Four plays later FSU would witness Miami complete the comeback when Perry threw touchdown number four, a 41-yard pas to Brevin Jordan. The Seminoles would punt on their next three drives and the Hurricanes held the ball for the final 4:12 and converted a fourth and one to seal the victory.

That gave Pitt plenty of time to tie the game and they did so with eight seconds left on an Alex Kessman field goal to send it to overtime.
In overtime it was Hall again who got the Panthers on the board with a rushing touchdown, but Syracuse's response was cut short on the first play as Therran Coleman picked off Dungey in the end zone to secure the wild win.
