Big 12 Week 8 Recap

The Horned Frogs (3-4, 1-3 Big 12) trailed 28-24 going into the half, but would score just three points in the next two quarters to allow the Sooners (6-1, 3-1) to roll to an easy victory.
Kyler Murray threw for four touchdowns while Kennedy Brooks (168, touchdown) and Trey Sermon (110 yards, 2 TD) each crossed 100 yard mark on the ground for Oklahoma.
Michael Collins came in to relieve Shawn Robinson and threw two touchdowns, but nearly threw a pick-six as well. KaVonte Turpin had a big day with a 99-yard kickoff return for a score and added 41-yard TD reception in the loss for TCU.
Oklahoma hosts Kansas State (3-4, 1-3) while TCU heads to Kansas (2-5, 0-4) next.

The Red Raiders (5-2, 3-1 Big 12) aerial assault picked apart the Kansas (2-5, 0-4) defense to cruise to an easy win.
Alan Bowman threw for 408 yards and three touchdowns with Antoine Wesley the beneficiary of nine catches for 155 yards and a score to lead the way for Texas Tech.
Peyton Bender threw two touchdowns for the Jayhawks in the loss.
Texas Tech heads to Iowa State (3-3, 2-2) while Kansas welcomes TCU (3-4, 1-3) next.
